The experience at La Tasca was amazing! Every course was delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. It was not over filling but just enough food. The wine pairings were also great.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the historic centre of Delft. Nice dining room, with good lighting and design. Had booked after reading some good reviews and it lived up to the reviews. 3 of us chose the smoked trout, pasta and lobster bisque, then duck breast and swordfish. We also had the cheese selection. The cooking and service were spot on. Wine list had a good selection and advice was available about pairing food and wines. One of our group wasn’t keen on the pinkness of the duck (though it was sous vide, so already cooked through). The staff noticed this and offered for it to be cooked it further. Not all kitchens would be so flexible. Would recommend and definitely visit again if staying in Delft.

Great food and service. Unfortunately not very cosy or intimate. Loud voices from other guests are not muted by lack of interior objects/furniture or wall decorations.
