Coffee is fine and decently priced but the organisation and order taking system is abysmal. The lady with glasses, whatever you order, will ask “you ordered a latte, yes?”

I’ve had to change my order to a latte to avoid any confusion but it’s a joke.

You need a better way of remembering what people have ordered.
