We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm and were greeted by a staff member. Initially, the room appeared acceptable, but upon closer inspection, several issues became apparent.

Firstly, there were no towels provided. When we requested items for the room, such as toilet paper, the response time was extremely slow, and we never received the toilet paper we asked for.

The room features a glass wall with curtains, which caused it to overheat during the day. There was no air conditioning, no fan, and no mosquito net, making it very uncomfortable. When we opened the windows to cool the room, mosquitoes swarmed in.

Overall, the property is old and poorly maintained. It is in dire need of investment and upkeep to meet basic hospitality standards.

The shower did not work properly. The water will come out cold and then hot. Maintenance person was call twice in one week to fix the shower but nothing change. On Sunday when first check into the room, I have to ask for towels because there none in the restroom. Also there was NO air condition units on any of rooms in the hotel as they posted in their hotel website.
