This is where I stay for my business trips. Every time I come, I have the same problem. Since I come very late, I put a do not disturb card in my room. However, in the morning, the cleaning staff knock on the door, then they enter the room and want to call the reception. I cannot even take a shower comfortably. Please fix this situation because someone will enter the room.

I appreciated the staffs willingness to work with me during my recent stays at their hotel. As an english speaker with what turned out to be very poor Russian speaking skills, I was concerned about my ability to communicate especially on my second reservation where I did not have a translator present. They managed to understand what I needed and made sure my registration was completed in accordance with Russian law. The stylist at the salon did a great job with a wash and cut. I ordered room service and both orders were delivered by personable people. The pelmini was lovely and refreshing after hours of travel. The breakfast buffet I enjoyed on my second stay had a considerable assortment of foods I enjoyed trying. As an American who was repeatedly told not to travel to Russia, I am glad I chose my own council. I would have hated to miss the experience of staying at this wonderful place.

Worst hotel experience ever. This place doesn't deserve any star rating. They give the Hilton chain a bad reputation. The interiors are kitsch, tasteless and outdated. No sound proofing at all. You hear everything from the hallway. It smells badly. There is very low water pressure in the shower on purpose. No refrigerator in the room. The staff is just feral. No manners whatsoever. Cleaners threw away a personal item.
There are so many better options in Moscow
Also be sure to lock your door at night, but better yet do not set a foot in this wretched lousy hotel.

I stay over few night here in middle of winter, it is old, but extremely give you good vibes, breakfast is also good. the temperature of the rooms is also good controlled.

One of the Stalinist Seven Sister building. Hotel is 5-10min walking distance from Komsomolskaya metro station. Breakfast was tasty and various things you can find. Room was clean and comfortable. There is sauna and pool. If I plan to come Moscow again, definitely will stay here!
