Stephanie Sergeant of Best Served Scandinavia planned and organised our recent trip to Norway. The service they provided was second to none. By coincidence we bumped into an English couple on the train who also used this agency and were equally impressed by the service and by Stephanie in particular.
Everything we could have wanted in a travel agency was done to the highest standards and the documentation provided was extremely comprehensive and all the tickets and vouchers were available to be printed, which helped. We changed plans a number of times during the planning stage and in each case, our wishes were accommodated and options were promptly provided by return email.
Some excellent additional suggestions were made that we had not considered and these really enhanced the experience.
Everything they arranged went like clockwork and even when extreme weather caused the cancellation of some activities, we were kept informed and refunds promptly organised.
The superb service provided really made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.

We wanted to see the Northern Lights...we did 7 nights, 7 chances to see them 9th Jan 24. We travelled from Tromso to Kirkenes via Havila and enjoyed the snow Hotel and gabber cabins. We saw the lights on 4 occasions,via excursions as they found the gaps in the cloud, so worth booking.
There is a phone back number on the website and Rachel, at Best Served Scandinavia, rang me straight away and put together the perfect itinerary. She was very accommodating with all our changes too. The price was the most competitive and I tried 3 different companies. I highly recommend this company.
