This is not even a proper pharmacy, despite all the direction signs claiming otherwise. It’s a booth with an extremely cranky lady who tells you that she can generously order your meds by the evening. When I said “I rather look for a proper pharmacy” she just laughed at me claiming I “won’t have any luck around here” to which I retorted something rather rude German. Such an awful arrogant woman!

Tip: About ten minutes away, there’s a “normal” pharmacy at the Leipziger Platz shopping mall. Still typically German outrageously overpriced and with that pharmacy lobby protected arrogance like everywhere in this country but at least they actually stock there meds and don’t treat you like sh…

The sample is taken by nasal sample – really its 2 quarter 2021 - who is still taking nasal sample for a Covid Test?
The attitude of the staff is beyond any comment: rude, unprofessional, impudent and quite racist. The test officer even dared to ask if I had a permanent residence in the country – well yes I do and I think that was quite a ridiculous question – even if it was asked from a German native.
The test result certificate is quite incomprehensible and takes time to find out if you are positive or negative.
The prices in the pharmacy are quite high. The products are basically not very high quality generics. Many medications must be ordered and collected after couple of hours.
I recommend you to choose another pharmacy and place for your Corona Test.

Good service. I probably looked lost trying to translate labels with my phone so someone approached me to help. They recommended a nice lotion and also gave some samples. Store seemed to be under renovation or something — only the basement part was open and even there many shelves were empty.

I went to buy some vitamin B12 supplements. The lady then offered me a chocolate or biscuit of some kind. I declined politely, on the grounds that I'm a vegan (hence the B12) and it surely had milk in it. She then asked me what my shoes were made of and when I replied that I sometimes make exceptions with (second hand) leather shoes, because I have a hard time finding shoes at all, she laughed and basically called me a hypocrite by condescendingly saying "oh, THERE you start make exceptions. THAT'S how you do it. I see...". That was the last time I bring my B12 business to that pharmacy

Rude service by the older woman. And she cut her nails at the cash register! How unsanitary! I was going to buy a lot of products but only bought a couple to spend least amount of time here. Buying my products elsewhere

I can handle being not nice but i never handle racism. When you have one tiny "no photo" sign in German and the old woman inside shouting for taking a photo? This is because I'm a man of color? She could have asked nicely but this is a shame.
