For someone who knows this mall inside out, the layout is quite alright. But Ican imagine it to be rather confusing for tourists and the likes. You've got a large selection of shops here so this is a useful central place in the southern part of Berlin to go shopping. It's easy to access with public transport. Some parts of the mall could be cleaner and some people could be a little nicer... Overall, it's a good place to spend time at.

What I really appreciate are the free to use washrooms! You don't come across those very often.

The layout of this mall is ridiculously confusing; it feels like navigating through a labyrinth just to find what you're looking for. It's astonishing that there's no free parking available, especially when even budget supermarkets like Lidl offer 90 minutes of free parking. We parked for only 51 minutes and still had to shell out 1 EUR, which was already unreasonable. To make matters worse, we later discovered we were in the wrong parking building (there are two of them). By the time we located the correct building amidst this maze, compounded by the confusing numbering system for elevators (a mix of UG, EG, numbers, and letters), we incurred another 1 EUR parking penalty. It's absolutely absurd; I won't be returning here anytime soon.

Also spotted a mouse in the food court, in between Indian restaurant and KFC, hope the food won't do me bad :D

Large mall with all possible stores at your disposal. Neat and well maintained. Directly accessible by U7 trains.
Also no charge for washrooms. What a relief!

A good place to buy and eat.A little bit chaotic with all the corridors but the atmosphere is nice and cosy and there aren't so many people.

has some rarer brand stores, otherwise i wouldn’t bother going.
the parking is confusing, with a very steep entrance. all parking spots are marked as “premium”, which makes you think they are not free for all.
then entering the mall from the parking house is another confusion, the elevators are not advertised and all you find is a strange closed door leading to a never ending stairwell.
not great food options.
the best part was the clean and free toilets!

Very spacious, with cool air conditioning, free to use washrooms, they have large bench for you to sit in the middle of broad hallway, and you can find outlets there to charge your electric devices. They have a large variety of shops and restaurants, a very good and decent place to spend your time there.
