Went all the way from Singapore, website show movie, but ended up not showing when reach. Went to watch another movie since there but the sound system is so bad! Might need to go for hearing test after watching.

Booking was via a kiosk. Easy and fast. Pay for the snacks at the kiosk too then you can just collect it when you want to go in for your movie!
Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance.
The seats are big and comfy. Aircon was good and cold.

There is no much customers watching the movie yet the cinema management turn on the aircon at the highest fan speed. Please adjust the aircon fan speed based on the number of customers to avoid it being too cold."

1245pm 03/04/24 I approached counter malay guy for use my Hong leong gsc credit card to redeem point... The malay staff wear spectacular keep on asking me do I need purchase anythings else except ticket..if ticket only must go machines... Many times at kl gsc I was able redeem it at counter.. Why here at ksl gsc I must go machines??? Is that double standard of gsc??? Also when I choose the seat front of screen... My friend say too front... Ask to rechoose.. I ask the malay guy to help me... He answer me in the rude way.. He can't help me to rechoose the seat??? Such rude hospitality service... Excuse me I redeem my gsc Hong leong card for enjoy the movies and it's not free of charge from gsc company ksl outlet.. But ends up spoil my mood before I can start enjoy the movies... I need explainantion on this ASAP.. I need also action taken toward this malay staff wear spectacular.. No thanks from him and no smiles... No welcomes too.. If he think not happy to work.. Better stay homes.. No need to work... Not spoil the gsc company image pls... Thanks... I rather give zero star.. If there is a zero star button.... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Came in for Kong x Godzilla today. People come to cinema to watch movie and buy some popcorn n drinks to chill. And end up no soft drinks available Wht the hack. Atleast display some notice. Out of drink before people buy ticket. Really disappointed on tht. Management should work on tht matter. Should have replacement for soft drinks not provided mineral water for same price.

Watched Aqua Man 2 here on 25 Dec 2023. I'm a big fan of Aqua Man 2.

let's first mention that the seats feels very hard, not much comfort. 4/5

The sound is the worst. I can barely hear what the actors in the movie are saying... ruined the whole experience. All I could here is a lady behind chewing her Pop-corn so loud with her month open.

So triggering. I do not recommend.

Watched the Geylang movie at 20 August and it was fine. I can understand that they didn’t upgrade the sound system to Dolby Atmos, but this is flooded with advertisements and it almost bursts the speakers! If you don’t know what hall is it, it is Hall 4. The hall seems childish (a bit) and the popcorn is too large (no need feedback thank you) that I didn’t finished throughout my Geylang movie! Movie starts at 6:15pm (excluding floods of advertisements), movie ends at 7:38pm. Showtime starts at 6pm. I know that it was formerly as MBO, but now I can understand why is the hall a bit childish. Also enjoyed the watermelon and lychee soda! (Reupload due to not showing up)
