Not happy with the so called ‘blow dry’. If I wanted to dry my hair and curl it with curling tongs I would have stayed at home. It was for my bday as well and put me in a foul mood. Their blowdry description has ‘styled dry with a professional brush’. I’ve been to many Salons to get a blow dry and never have I ever got a blow dry by curling tongs?? To be honest it was completely lazy and felt quite uncomfortable as they were all speaking in their language throughout the session. If she wanted to be lazy I rather she ask if she was going to use the tongs. Just because I’m not a local to their salon they did obviously not care enough, lazy lazy lazy! Some bits at the back weren’t even flipped let alone ‘wavy’?!

I left the salon from my appointment around 2:15pm and not even 20 mins later this so called blowdry looks pathetic. Shocking service and result. Would not bother going if your not their local visitors as they clear don’t care.

I have been going to the amazing master Lillia for more than five years, every time I’m insanely pleased with the result. She will select it so carefully to the smallest detail so that it turns out better than you planned.
