The food was good, but I don't plan on returning to this restaurant. The servers gave me two payment options, one with a 10% tip included and another without a tip. Besides that, they never came by to check on my wife and me And if you don't leave a tip they will get upset.

Excellent restaurant! Have been coming here for about 15 years each time we’re in Playa. The food is always fresh and costs about 1.5 times less than in other similar restaurants. Excellent ceviche mixto. The restaurant has a simple menu but is a wonderful choice if you want a fresh local food at a reasonable price.

The food was not bad, but it was nothing special. Anyways, our main concern was that the waiter added + 14% to the bill, we assumed that for the tip. Since you can only pay in cash, we put together the bill plus what the waiter asked for minus 5 pesos, because we didn't have that much cash. He took it in a bad mood, making us wish we hadn't left any tip at all.

We had the mariscada - excellently prepared squid and octopus. :) Highly recommend! I usually don’t like rice nor steamed vegetables as a side dish, but those were delicious!
They have home made garlic sauce as well!

טעים!! Really good taste, great prices and fresh food prepared right before your eyes. It's conveniently located near ADO and Cozumel Ferry. Great option for a quick grab just before moving to your new destination.
