Worst service we experienced in Italy and felt that we were basically scammed. They told us they would choose an appetizer for us and not to worry about choosing, and then they brought out over 200 euro worth that we were very surprised by and did not want .

Overall they seemed unhappy that our bill for 6 was only around 550 euro, they were not friendly with us but were friendly to the next door table that bought a ton of food and drinks and dessert. They also forgot things we asked for 3 times. Amazing view, but overall would not recommend

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon in August 2022. When we arrived there was an issue with a reservation we made a few months in advance but staff saw to it that we had a table and were quickly seated. The view is outstanding and our meal was one of the best we had during our stay in Italy, let alone Como. Fresh caught fish and organic veggies from the garden were delicious as were the zucchini flowers! Next time we find ourselves in Italy, we will be sure to stop ❤️

Beautiful views and tasty food, but would we go again? No. The reason is there are many restaurants in the area where the food and views are as good or even better but you don't feel 'ripped off', which is an unpleasant feeling. We are no strangers to fine dining and we were even expecting the restaurant to be expensive, but the problem is the expense isn't justified which is why one feels ripped off. 5 EUR cover charge for a very average almost stale bread basket and 30 EUR for the vegetarian starter are good examples of this...what?

Stunning food, fabulous setting and a glorious view. It was a bit rainy but that didn't detract at all. The service was superb and they even opened just for us to have lunch.
Can't wait to return!
