I had a terrible experience in this store. I went in with the intention to buy a specific foundation. I used the testers to colour test on my face. The shop assistant then approached me to tell me that their testers are expensive and If I want a full face of make up I will have to pay for it. (I put one small bit on my face to colour test). When I told her this, she said that they are closing up very soon even though I had over 40 minutes left in the store until they closed. I felt so unwelcome that I left. When I gave her this feedback before leaving she did not apologize and just smiled in a passive aggressive manner. I will now being going else where to buy this make up product however I recommend that your staff be provided with more training on how to make your customers feel welcome in your shop.
