Somewhat hidden but a culinary highlight in Prague. I really liked the industrial and lively atmosphere. First-class bread and the fermented lemonade is also something different.

We ordered Eska Breakfast and Ash Potatoes, both were delicious as well as poppy seed bun. Fantastic bread and pastries, a must in Prague for breakfast.

We ordered a lot of different things, and we tried it all.
I really liked the "potato in ash" (I think it's called).
The interior decor is industrial and nice.
The service is good.
