I recently visited Cat Planet and was thoroughly impressed by both the store and the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was delightful. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about cats. The store itself is well-organized, clean, and offers a wide variety of high-quality products for cats of all ages. From toys to food and accessories, everything you need is readily available. I highly recommend Cat Planet to any cat lover looking for top-notch products and outstanding service. Five stars! Our cat came home happy too!

I, ordered ‘Royal Canin HAIR & SKIN’ but the one I received was ‘KITTEN up to 12 months for immune system’ I’ve been trying to call but their line is busy. They should have checked properly before handling it to the Talabat drivers because it’s time-wasting.

Spent 3000 riyals on a cat that had ringworm which cost me an extra 1200 riyals in vet fees and medicine. No vaccines on top of that.

Extremely horrible customer service, I do not recommend them at all nor their products.

انسووو تحطون قطواتكم وديت قطوتي تزاوج وامرضت طاعون بسببه لقطو الي معاها كان سكوتش قري وحاولت اني اتواصل مع مدير المحل لا مدير ولا رقابه كله خرط وبعدها رحت ب يومين اسال ان القطو وين قالو ان مات 😵‍💫😵‍💫!!!

محل جميل دائما يوفر قطط صغير وجميله من كل الانواع دائماً .. واسعاره معقوله جدا ويضمن لك سلامت القط .. ولديه اشياء كثيره للقطط والكلاب من اكل وادوات تنظيف وتعقيم واللعاي
