Personal from security and client service is very unfriendly and impolite. When there was problems with scanning products in the app women from security were very mean. After they show that I didn’t scan one product, I tried to scan and pay again, app accidentally scan another product that was cheaper, I noticed it and showed it to the woman that was working there, she helped me and said to go to client service to make a refund for that extra product that I paid accidentally. Let me notice that this workers behaved very impolite and arrogant . When I came to client service to make a refund, the woman called to the security workers that helped me with scanning, they talked for a long time and after that she said, why I came for refund if I tried to stole something from them. And even when I explained everything she kept talking same thing, that I can’t get a refund if I tried to stole something. Finally, after I start to argue with her she called a main cashier who speaks English. I explained him everything, and he translated everything to that client service woman.

The main thing that made me angry, sad and disappointed is that when workers not understanding you, instead of call someone who speaks English and figure everything out, they staring to call you a thief and even if you paid for everything, you’re not deserve a refund.

Also let’s not forget, after I paid for all and this workers told me to go and make refund, some guy, that spoke to this women, without any uniform or badge started following us, staring till the and spoke to client service workers ang giving her instructions. What next? They will follow me during every time I come to the shopping mall? Or they will put my photo to the thief’s wall?

I hope you understand that with this horrible behavior of your workers I won’t even come close to your shop.

The only good thing in your shop is a main cashier who is very polite and understands everything. Thank to him for his help and understanding!

I recently partially lost my vision, which makes me extremely hard for me to shop. I have noticed that disability in Romania it’s not facilitated very much. So, bearing that in mind, I carefully approach one member of staff thinking that I will be rudely pointed into the direction of my item, but this guy was extremely nice and happy to help with a smile. He did not only take me to my item, he did the whole shopping for me and to top it all up, he took me to the self checkout and scanned all the items for me and helped me out. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ionut Condescu for his help and exemplary customer service. This is how everyone should be. Very pleasurable experience. Thank you Ionut.
