Tried out this oulet after we found out haidilao using funny colouring and meat remains reddish.🤯 (For your health do skip that establishment).
SHU GUO YINXIANG is such a gem,the meat is extremely fresh,tender and full of flavour..👍🏼the soup is cooked with such a tender flavour, you will hope the soup will lasts longer.
On hindsight its quite pricey.😳

Parking here is horrendously narrow and always full.

Good selection and quality of ingredients and the sauces are great! A bit pricey and their tables are limited to 4 a table. But nice ambience with Taiwanese songs, not too crowded when we came, weekday lunch.
