I was asked 10!!!! Eur for extra luggage from the driver. I didn't receive any receipt for that, and even though I complained I was not informed that I could easily book it online at half the fee, and was treated very disrespectfully even though I was polite. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and not the first time.
Terrible! We went from Prag to Berlin, the bus was late around 10 mins. Also our seats were full when we said this the stuff; he said us thats not my problem! we sitted other avaible seats. But what if there would be any avaible seat??!!!!!
