I got eyebrow reshaping done (essentially just basic threading) yesterday by Gurpreet. It was bad experience as she made one eyebrow extremely thinner than the other after I specifically mentioned that I do not want my eyebrows thin. Further, she did not sanitise her hands or wore gloves.. so the hygiene level here is very low.
And on top of this the manager is extremely rude and did not listen to my issue at all. My eyebrows are completely ruined and the manager just blamed me saying that my natural eyebrows might have been weird.
This place is not at all recommended for threading.

Got a shellac manicure. After just a few days the polish started to peel off. I was being careful not to emerse my hands in water, do cleaning etc, but still in less than one week several nails had peeled and chipped. I think the shellac is probably poor quality

Was a regular customer until today. Planned my day around making my appointment. Sat in the seat for 15 minutes before I was eventually told that the girl wasn't there to do it. No offer of anyone else to do it so had completely wasted my day getting all the way there. Won't be returning. There are much better reliable places around.

I have been getting my nails done with Gurpreet for a long while now, she is excellent at what she does and she is always very professional. Originally, Gurpreet was recommended to me by two people who spoke very highly of her work and also had great experiences. I have never had my BIAB manicure last so long. I would highly recommend!

Roxanna has been doing BIAB on my nails now for 2.5 years and she is absolutely amazing at her job! She is a perfectionist and I always walk away with my nails even better than I imagined them.

Excellent service and professional staff...I highly recommend Roxana as she is an extremely qualified nail technician. Not only that she pays attention to details while she works but she is also good in listening what others want and need...By her friendly demeanor she makes you feel comfortable & relaxed...
Every time I have my nails done by her, I get a lot of envy looks from my colleagues :)))
The treading team is also good - my eyebrows always end up as I am wishing them.

I had a lovely experience getting my brows done my Fiza. She consulted me at the beginning, was very diligent throughout and wouldn’t stop the threading until I was completely satisfied. I will be back and can’t thank her enough. I would really recommend them for how quick and professional they were.
