My husband & I booked a Deluxe Twin Room. 4th-7th May, 2024. Check in and check out was easy. It was a small room but with all amenities.
Hot eater, dryer, fridge, cupboard, kettle, upholstery and more.
Room service was on time and if someone due to our unavailability it got skipped, they would recheck.
Staff at reception was nice.
When we first entered the lobby, there was a huge crowd at the elevators and maybe a 10 minute wait. We got scared that maybe we booked the wrong hotel but that was the only time that happened. Rest of the time, it was easy to get elevator. We were staying at 14th floor.
The hotel it literally the first stop on the road (it is an inner street). One can easily baqala, 2 riyal shop, barbars etc.
There is a walking path to Haram right outside(on the left) of the hotel. It is a 10 min walk to Haram (remaning time is the walk to haram gates and prayer area).
Overall, good economical option. Our time there was decent. Alhamdulilah.

Poor Housekeeping Standards

Stayed for four days, but housekeeping hasn't shown up yet. Hotel's nice, but cleanliness needs serious improvement. Disappointed.
Also, there are only three elevators, which is insufficient for the number of rooms, resulting in long waits.

Overall Good. best location so far. Service is average. Only one issue is Lift. They have 3 lifts which are small in size and extremely busy. I was on 11 floor and they had made some settings that it won’t stop on 11th floor if someone press from 12th or 13th floor. So elevators area needs to work on but again overall it’s good as it’s the 1st hotel on Alfalfa’s
