Walmart Buenavista

Gringo here. This is my first time visiting Mexico City. This location had everything we needed and some.

Pretty standard wallmart.Has full range from home, clothes and food.
I went in the morning and it was quite easy to shop and no lines.

i did on order online via "walmart express". i put in all my info, i detailed that i was staying at a hotel, gave my phone number, room #, everything. after almost an hour i contacted them via whatsapp, they said they were on the way. after an hour of no one getting here, i reached out to walmart whatsapp again, they said "sorry your order was returned because there was no one there". i asked WHY DIDNT ANYONE CALL ME OR THEY GO TO THE FRONT DESK IF I INDICATED I WAS AT A HOTEL???!!!!!!!" ... response, "uh, i dont know, would you like a refund?" what a tremendous waste of time, resources and effort. if i hadnt reached out to them i would still be here waiting the rest of the afternoon like a moron. remarkably inept service, DO NOT use walmart express. tremendous waste of time
