As a loyal customer of the brand, after 7 years of using the purchased lounge set, I again chose a Natuzzi product for my new home. I went to the same seller to order another set of Natuzzi sofas. When, after three months of waiting, I picked up the ordered product at the carrier, I refused to collect it (poorly colored leather / stains / and contrasting threads). The seller apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to accept the product and he would contact the manufacturer for an exchange. After a few weeks, I received a NEGATIVE response to my complaint! The seller decided that the product is correct and will only replace one cover, the worst one. I felt terrible and couldn't believe it. It is unthinkable that in 2024 a premium brand manufacturer could treat a customer this way. A different product than what I ordered was delivered, it was also defective and they only wanted to replace one cover! I referred the case to my law firm and, consequently, to court. Instead of enjoying the purchase, there is a terrible-looking piece of furniture in the middle of the living room for less than 10,000 euros and I am wasting my time. If you don't want to share my fate, think twice about purchasing it. After the fact, I learned from the seller that it is no longer an Italian product and the leather "may be different than before"! A mockery of the client and the law!
