I had a very bad experience yesterday! One of the security guards (of African origin) pulled my phone off my hand in a very aggressive way (luckily my portable charger’s cable didn’t rip off) because I was taking a video of the presenter when he entered the stage! I admit I was wrong for filming but he could’ve warned me at least once before snatching my phone that way and walking away with it without an explanation! I was honestly shocked and so scared of even moving and seeing who took it from me! The people sitting in the row behind me told me that it was a security guard who took it! A minute later another security guard approached me and explained why his colleague took it and that I can have it back after the show. I honestly couldn’t enjoy the show one bit after that incident. I’ve never been treated that way and I will not comeback to this place.
