I have never had a bad meal in London but this made it so terrible. Yes understand the restaurant was kosher but the meat is premade with no alterations to be made for it to be cooked rare or medium rare you want it. My burger was a hockey puck and the only thing that saved it was the runny egg, that was not given on the first go around after being sent back to the kitchen. The price alone isn’t worth it for any restaurant. Dry meatballs, overcooked steak, and nothing made this experience enjoyable which was sad as we were there for a birthday celebration.

Terrible service at Tish (again). Am hearing this more and more from other customers too. Complained at the time and to the general manager via email but no gesture of goodwill offered despite recognising it as poor service. Drinks order wasn't taken, had to ask to place order for food and had to prompt servers to clear plates. Different servers every time - no one dedicated to the table. It’s approx £500 for a table of four to eat and for that price the service needs to be much better. And when it’s not (as is inevitably doing to be the case) that needs to be recognised and recompensed.

It’s a must visit place if you looking for Kosher food. Food was very tasty and very lovely atmosphere. Nice selection of drinks and desserts. Be aware they get quite busy so book in advance. Highly recommended.!!

Took a party of 10 to eat on Mother’s Day, march 2024. Nice ambience, but then it all went disastrously wrong. Waiter took order 4 times, couldn’t seem to work the system (online) and his notes (written). He spent no time managing the chef’s and there was no head waiter to help. The food is average but that’s not the issue, albeit expensive (glatt kosher) but we waited 60 minutes (!!!) to be served our food, which came piece-meal, over a time of 60 minutes, even then they missed several dishes. It was a disaster. Worse still, the waiter was distracted elsewhere, front of house manager made excuses while she looked disinterested and the chefs didn’t even know what we were talking about when we confronted them to ask “where is the bloody food???”. Expensive and the worse service I’ve experienced in London to date, in 30 years. Don’t come here, it’s a shambles. Paid for food we didn’t eat, that was cold, and while quality of meat acceptable it’s all undone in staff who don’t care about their customers. Go elsewhere.
