Not reputable company! They try to steal people's money by claiming you need a parking permit for a free car park! Park Royale is a FREE CAR PARK. Do not pay! Thieves!!

The IAS (Independent Appeals Service) who you will inevitably decide you appeal against the parking charge is in their pocket. They know Park Royal is a FREE CAR PARK.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There are already hundreds of different parking apps in different areas that are difficult to use. But this one, payments are continuously pending and you cannot get on a do what you have to do. Today the payments from multiple vehicle users have not gone through. My friend paid for parking and still got a ticket.

I wish I could see zero to give review. 1 rating is by far too much for this company and how it operates. This would be the dumbest parking control management company in the UK looking at the ratings they have and high time the management should listen to the reviews and improve. Below is my story.

I parked my vehicle around 12:30 AM 04/05/2024 and displayed the parking ticket and I was shocked and surprised to see the ticket in the morning. The website wouldn't work(attaching pictures) I displayed permit on the dash yet the parking warden put the ticket as shown in the pictures. Tried calling the number on the website and their opening timings are 9am-3pm monday to friday. Who would find time to call them on the weekdays as if we don't have other work than chasing their own mistakes. THEY MUST PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS AND IMPROVE.

Wow! I will not even waste my time detailing why this company is scum! Beware! Independent appeal is not very independent. Would give them minus points for being lying, thieving so and so's.
How they can get away with it all and are not under scrutiny as a cowboy company is amazing.

This company is atrocious. They managed the parking in my estate in Braintree and they issued a lot of tickets to people who actually live there and have a permit, including myself. And a lot of the cases are because the residence were unable to park in their own space because it was obstructed by other cars or objects. The fact that they’re getting money from people who actually live there and are legally entitled to park in their spaces is disgusting. The management of my estate is already planning to look for an alternative instead of using this stupid company. Shame of them. They’re nothing but a bunch of selfish idiots who enjoys making money by abusing legal residents. They shouldn’t be in business.

I got two tickets two different dates. Worst case is they are not put tickets on my vehicle they just take a picture and send it to me on my home address. I did appeal one time with evidence of pictures. But website is not working properly and got message your appeal is successful submitted without picture. Then i know it’s happening to rejected. I try to call them and explain every situations. But phone operator don’t want to listen. This is my first and very bad experience happened. At least they have to listen what i try to said. And she just cut my calls suddenly. So so disappointing.
I got two tickets outside the royal mail gate. There is not signboard, i ask one of the person he said if it’s no double yellow or no single yellow line you can park. Here is no restriction you can park that’s fine. That’s why i park my van there. Even they put the ticket on my van same time after that i am not park my van next time. But they didn’t put ticket and give me on letter. It’s not perfect.

That sheet company Rob my money they give me tickets with without parking on the ere-a.
I parked my on council ere-a and give me the ticket. I applied but they rejected.
That company only four still money.

These make traffic wardens look like angels, have received a fine letter from their scamming solicitors from way back in 2020 also from a vehicle I have never even owned, took them 3 years to come up with this, they won't mediate so am going to court next month, fools picked on wrong person as evidence I have will make them look stupid again, once that done be prepared for legal action I take against them and national media that will tear them apart so millions will see what a firm of scammers they are. i have just been diagnosed with lung cancer and they want to go to trial now, as compassionate as fred west, chemotherapy or not i not paying for something i have never owned, Went to court twice as they kept pursuing me and on final hearing they backed out and refused to turn up because they knew they had nothing.
