I'm totaly shocked my hair is orange in parts I did ask for foils which I always get my fringe is black Debbie tried her best bit she never asked if I wanted a cut and blow I don't like it she supposes to look at it sorry I won't be going back again if you ask for foils you get foils my daughters are fuming and my freinds have pointed it out to me I could send pic if you want
