Self service ordering tried the Chik Kut Teh rice burger set. Burger Unique taste passable with dark soy sauce lady finger and chill but probably won’t try again pass the novelty. Pandan kaya balls very oily deep fried. Environment warm maybe little crowd and aircon having issues?

Needs to improve a lot on speed! Mos burger in Singapore offer’s products which appear to be japanese quality at largely higher prices than japan with current exchange rates and slower speeds… one wonders about the prices for sauce at mos burger though

This outlet makes me conflicted how many stars I should give. On one hand the decor is beautifully designed with woody tones and “natural” elements, but somehow it feels cold and not so welcoming - the mixed lighting temperatures feel abit off and the air is stale. I really love the large wooden table but the power outlet has been sealed with ugly tape.

The wooden stems and fake leaves look nice from afar but very artificial up close and it blocks the visibility of the order and pickup counter which is probably not ideal for a self-service fast food outlet.

The “office” lighting in the cold and dull kitchen with all the steel equipment visible from the seating area makes it feel hospital-esque, feels as if you’re looking into the operating theatre or a morgue.

For a fast food restaurant the food sure takes a long time to prepare, but when it finally arrived the food was nice and warm and yummy. The new spicy chicken burger was delicious, and the mos fish burger is a classic must-order.

The new spicy chicken burger was kinda meh. The sauce was very much average and tasted like canned processed. Doesn't help much with the cabbage while the fried chicken was alright with nothing special to note. Definitely won't recommend this.

ZERO STAR! Worst service ever. Came in when the shop opened, no wait line... The lady who took our order didn’t start cooking our food until 20min later. She decided to serve the delivery over us. After leaving us waiting for a long time, she still argued “i’m one person” when obviously there was no line. She claimed she’s the manager (but with such a bad customer service attitude)! Waiter name: SOK2, D099931.
Seriously, if you have such attitude, don’t work in customer service industry.

Great first impressions. I came at dinner time just before 8pm on a Thursday. I struggled to pay attention the self service so I walked up and ordered at the counter. No queues. Staff was friendly. I got a yakiniku rice burger for $4.80. I noticed there were small bottles of hand-sanitizer, thinking they sold them, but to my surprise when I asked, the staff game me two! A few minutes wait for the burger. Portion size not big but I wasn’t super hungry. Beef was sweet, savory and yummy. Rice was brushed lightly with a sauce but no attempt to grill it so remained largely flavourless. Came with nice big piece of lettuce. Overall burger was ok but service and interior deco was nice.

Don’t really like the concept/space of this outlet. Feels very spacious but no space for those people waiting for their orders/collection for takeaway. Seats are also spaced closely. Feels claustrophobic dining in. Their prices surged quite a lot too. Don’t remember having a meal and it costs $15 per pax back in the days.
