My experience was kind of mixed. We ordered Parmesan Chicken (so good), stuffed breast chicken (not as good and too spicy), cookie dough with vanilla icecream (icecream taste and quality was below average, serving was very small considering similar size cookie cost was one-fourth of this), and lastly chocolate chip cookie (as hard as rock and as tasteless as it can be, bought it as a takeaway otherwise would have returned).

Additionally, the food took more than 30 minutes to be served and the billing process took another 20 minutes due to their internal technical issues and mismanagement.

Pathetic service.. had to wait almost 38 min to get cold coffee and hot coffee, ordered hot cappuccino, iced latte and scoop of ice-cream. and wait almost more than 30 min. i dunno what took so long for them.

I ordered grilled chicken and beef +chicken sandwich both are very awesome rates are too high.

It wasn't a planned visit, since we were short of grocery and expect over crowded imtiaz mega, so plan was to do breakfast near by imtiaz till it opens at 10 am. After wondering for 10-15 mints finaly find a place to sit. It was nice and clean place, and most seats were vacant. Service was realy quick probably because of sunday but we got our beakfast within five minutes. Each dish was single person serving. Food was realy tasty and hygenic. A coffee in the end adds one more star to visit. Highly recommended for breakfast atleast.

We went to the Zamzama Esquire for the first time. Ordered cheesecake croissant and 2 regular cappuccino coffees. They brought us 2 large cappuccinos in huge cups and excused that they ran out of regular cups…. Like seriously??? I mean don’t you have enough cups for the number of chairs? And the place wasn’t full either. The coffee was too milky as if they used the same amount of coffee as regular and used lots of milk which technically made it a latte …and I hate latte. The cheesecake was also bad. Croissant was good. The Ac was not cooling at all though it was on our head and the place was at a tepid temperature. Overall not a good experience since we basically went for the coffee. And btw when we went back to our car, our car was towed away by the traffic police. No other car was taken and there was no sign of No parking. So overall not a good experience at all.

What a thoroughly pleasurable experience this time around. An appropriately warm latte served with a generous drizzle of salted caramel paired with a cigar was an absolute delight. Really glad that they have a dedicated smoking section that is maintained with an air conditioner compared to other coffee houses that seat their guests in open air. Staff is courteous and the order was served timely.
