I recently visited this clinic and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the long waiting time. Despite having an appointment, I waited over 45 minutes before being seen by a doctor. For anyone seeking treatment for urgent conditions like a fever, this is not ideal.

In cases where immediate medical attention is needed, waiting this long can be frustrating and potentially harmful. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for urgent care needs.

I would like to thank and commend Dr James Wu who i feel goes beyond to ensure his patients recover well, which i have not experienced much in other GPs.

My husband and I were running a bad throat infection, nausea and light fever prior to arriving at the clinic. After waiting a little over an hour for consultation, being in discomfort + faintness + weakness with body aches from the virus and chilliness from the aircon, we were told that a kid needed priority because he had high fever, and a lady was puking so much she was about to faint so they had to move them both before us, which we were fine. We saw the lady come out of the consultation after, walking and looking perfectly fine, she also left behind a plastic bag that she was using to puke which was empty.. she didn't look faint at all, looked like she was just trying to get an MC for Monday which upset us. Furthermore, the wait that eventually turned to 2 hours for our turn, had both of us run an unbearable high fever in the end (from the start of the visit we were at 37.6 and it ran up to 39.1 when the doctor checked us), I developed a bad headache as well when it came to our turn to see the doctor. As much as we try to understand the prioritisation of the patients that seem more severe, it seems like certain prioritisations aren't necessary especially when other patients have already been waiting for more than an hour for their turn. Especially when they actually aren't as sick as painted out to be - the judgement of the reception was bad. This is also the first time in my life any clinic has allowed for queues to be cut which is unprofessional. Please stick with the queue number, you never know when a patient's situation would aggravate even if you think "they seem fine". Everyone's well being should be equally important and it is unfair to delay patients that were there at first at the expense of aggravating their health.

Last 2 visits here has been pleasant thanks to Dr Bennett and Dr James, and the guy wearing specs at the reception has super good service!! 👍🏻

Dreaded coming here previously cos there’s this skinny middle aged counter lady wearing specs that’s always complaining about patients in front of them, (super unprofessional pls) glad to see she’s no longer here in my last few visits :):)

Always a pleasant experience seeking a medical consultation with the team at Intemedical Potong Pasir. Dr Bennett, Dr James, and Dr Christie, are always very patient and friendly when listening to our issues. Very appreciative that Dr Bennett managed to solve my ongoing vertigo issues today. The reception staff are also helpful during the registration process. Keep up the good work!

Comfy and clean clinic that just opened at Poiz Centre, which is super convenient (just outside Potong Pasir MRT).

Dr. Bennett was really attentive and patient. He is also very warm and friendly, feels like I've known him for years! Will definitely recommend this clinic to residents living nearby 😊
