This is a great scenery and my kids were so excited to go up, as they kept seeing these gigantic towers during sightseeing.

Total tour time spent 1 hour; standby 15min before, visited sky bridge, then visited up top sky view.

Observation deck goes to direction next to gucci.
Need to buy ticket a few days before. As we failed to buy a ticket through online, visited and queued in the morning from 8:20am and could buy a ticket from 8:30am.

Too expensive ticket. Neither much time given, nor any complementary drink etc for 98 RM for foreigners. Deck itself gives a very nice view of KL city. However, open deck of KL tower may give even a better view. The true beauty of twin towers is from outside.

Easily the most disappointing viewing deck I've experienced around the world. The exhibits lack information and visits are timed, giving a distinct feeling of being herded cattle. More time spent queuing for lifts than enjoying any views. Staff ranged from disinterested through to really rude and unhelpful. Would highly recommend drinks at Banyan Tree nearby instead - the view of the towers is much more cool than the view from the towers! Swap the overpriced ticket cost for a cocktail and snacks instead!

Interesting place to visit when you are in Kuala Lumpur. Remember to get the ticket early as it could run out for the next 1-2 days. The visit is divided into two parts, visit to the 41st level and next to the 85th level via the lift at 83rd level.

Moving up is well organised as the ground is split into colour of the stickers. However, heading down is quite badly organised and without much instructions. On the tower, there isn’t much commentary and we got to figure things out ourselves.

It was pretty impressive!
It is worth to visit to watch twin tower, the most popular structure of the city.

Entire duration of the trip was like an hour. Had to walk in to the main counter to book myself a ticket since cannot find it in travel platforms, it is much better to be there early to book your desired slot. I personally would wanted to book the 2000H onwards time but had to leave KL on that night also. But I believe the tower and the entire observation tour will be much more magical at night. If you want to know how the tower was built and see KL from above then highly recommended. It was quite expensive but hey it's one of the world's tallest building so yeah 👌
