Today I went to pay my eb bill to guduvancherry EB offic Counter no 569 time at 2.00pm. I was standing in line to pay the bill. When my turn comes I have asked the lady in the counter to check whether my aadhar is linked to confirm. But she respond to me arrogantly this is not my job and work.She said this work will not comes under her scope of work. She behaving like I am a servant to her which is not right. She is paid salary to provide services to people or guide the people but she didn't instead she is not giving respect in her speech. I am requesting you to take an action.
