Used to offer variety of products,in addition to food items. Lately it has become almost stritly large grocery store.

It's big but chaotic!
During peak-hour, they never open all cashiers/kasse.
During low-hour, they only open one or two kasse.
Either case, you left in a long queue.
Automatic kasse is also not smooth.

If you forget weighting the banana, be ready for the run. Because the weighting machine not near to kasse. (Do not understand why a customer has to weigh in the first place anyway. Their argument could be its faster for the cashier, well maybe, but another grocery e.g. an Aldi/Lidl cashier would do weighing, easy-peasy)

In conclusion, it is known that Kaufland offers more items and a long queue is normal. But this Kaufland is simply disgraceful in how it treats its customer's time by not opening necessary kasse. Purely Pathetic!

A very big store with the varieties of every household need. It's located in PEP mall and so easy access to U-Bahn station (just come out of Neuperlach Zentrum and you can see the mall ).

A very big store with wide range of product, from food stuff to kitchen wares to bathroom wares to every essential items used in a house. Price is on average for me, not to high and not too low when compared to other big storr.

Everything under a roof.

Good price with lot of discount. Take weekly flyer before in hand. Check completely for offers with coupons, Kaufland Kunden Karte. Also get 90 minutes free PEP parking on the billing counter.

Budget for your shopping with 4 family members for week €€.

Wide variety of daily consumption goods, peppered up a little by some special offers. However, having to cart your trolly down a slow escalator to buy basic food and then accept a never really short wait at what seems more a maze than a cashier row, does not lift the experience over a three star rating, in my eyes.
