DO NOT BOOK HERE! They fail to mention anywhere that they request a further £250 to be transferred (via BACS!!) once you have paid in full.
Team are so rude, do not speak English and when I asked to speak to a Manager the lady on the phone said 'Our Managers prefer not to speak to any guests'. I am not surprised - they must just get complaint after complaint.

Disappointed with our recent stay in London. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly asked for a deposit, which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking details. The apartment itself was not clean, and to our discomfort, both the heating and hot water were non-functional. Although the location was good, the lack of upfront communication and basic amenities made our experience quite unpleasant. Also there is no wifi.

Worst customer service ever!!
1. They don’t disclose anything to do with age. You must be over 25 to be allowed in the property!!
2. They go through a heavy process and check IDs - you’re not the police …
3. They ask for a £500 security deposit and say it will be refunded.

I had booked this place over a week in advance only to find out they go through more security checks than an airport!!
Spoke to their management team as my partner is 24 which means she couldn’t be allowed in the property?? Requested to cancel as this wasn’t made clear in the booking information and asked for a refund as they should say EVERYTHING clearly.
The guy I spoke to was really rude and said “do you want to stay or not” “If you’re not of age it’s not my problem”
He hung up the call and blocked my number. Has now charged me with the FULL cancellation fee. The property is non refundable. BIGGEST scammers. Anyone booking this property beware of these dogs. They’re not at all helpful, respectful or present themselves in a professional manner. They need to go to a proper hotel and find out how it’s done.

I booked the apartment a week in advance, and went through their heaviliy bureacratic processes of providing IDs of all guests. On the day of the booking, they called me 2 hours before I was due to leave and make my way to the apartment to tell me the booking has been cancelled because of "problems with the property". They didn't offer me any other accommodation or compensation for inconvenience. The representative was also very rude and dismissive. By all means, avoid this business. Don't ignore the low ratings like I did... you will regret it.

Would not recommend. Had to cancel our booking here because they requested a £500 security deposit not mentioned to us before hand, and we were not happy with the uncertainty surrounding this. After cancelling they mentioned that we wouldn’t be able to stay anyway because we were under 25, despite the fact that we had called earlier to check our ages were okay and had received photos of our id. If you stay here, make sure to read the small print as they like to hide important details about the stay.

Cancelled a booking here due to the company requesting a £500 damage deposit the day of our stay. They claimed that the money would be given back instantly after our stay but we cancelled the booking due to uncertainty. Booking was non-refundable. Make sure you read the small print as they also claimed there was a strict over 25s policy but when we enquired for a booking they were happy to accommodate guests that were under 25. This place is not secure.

Booked a month in advance with no complications at all. About two weeks before our booking I got a message asking to confirm and pay €140- this was from a hacker, thank god I checked with customer service first. Day of the booking, we discover that no under 25s (information that was hidden in the fine print) could check in- two of us are 18 and the other is 17. After calling customer service- a lovely woman named Nay who deserves a better job and a pay rise, explained that it should be okay anyway as long as we email our IDs in advance. However, when looking even further into the fine print it said that a £500- just over four times the amount we paid- deposit needed to be paid in case of any breakages. We quickly cancelled our reservation- knowing that it was non refundable, but was told to email customer service anyway to see if we could get a refund. I’m then met with an email saying that due to us not complying to the age restrictions a refund was not possible- yet before the deposit our age didn’t matter. NEVER EVER BOOK HERE!
