CHANEL

Store was virtually empty so I thought it would be a great experience!! However for a luxury department store, the attitude of staff is so poor and they pretend like you don't even exist. I don't even know who approves staff like this in a luxury store! My experience at Chanel in Doha and Vegas was superior but the attitude of the Chanel staff in London locations has always been so bad.

Although i only bought an accessory from this shop, the female SA "Catalina" (hope i did not spell wrong) is the best C staff in the world who is polite with smile always
