The food here is absolutely amazing, the best food we've had in Sweden! We had the herring starter (for two) which includes pickled herring several ways plus potatoes, cheese and a crispbread, followed by the meatballs with mash, lingonberries and pickled cucumber. Absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming and speak excellent English. If you want to try traditional Swedish food, this is the place to go. Utsökt!

We just walked in for lunch here. Very nice restaurant to try some Swedish food. We came here because they had the herring platter which turned out to be very interesting and tasty. We ordered portion for 2 but more than enough to share among the 4 of us. Friendly and efficient services. Totally recommend.

The food here was great, we got the steak Tartare and some Swedish meatballs.

The food was out of this world, almost shockingly so. The address and interiors are unassuming but tastefully colorful. Service was kind but a bit hectic/understaffed. And then the food came... Outstanding steak in peppercorn sauce, schnitzel, tartare, shrimp toast, cod, and meatballs. Absolute kudos to the kitchen!

A local institution! Always busy for lunch - always a free table. The food is solid and affordable. The schnitzel is gigantic, unless you opt for a half portion. Service is good and to the point.

I have been in a few restaurants in goteborg, and this is one of the best. I had a black pudding, that was Very tasty. The service was kind. All I can is recommend it!
