Apaka tagal mag tawag ng doctor , dinaig pa yung nasa public hospital sa tagal wala naman masyadong patients , my gosh waiting time here are so inconvenient, 2hrs before the doctor call your name

It took more than an hour before my number is called at the reception. And took time again to process the approval of the health card. I would understand that approval may take time but to wait for more than 1 hour just for our number to be called is not acceptable. I noticed that there were patients who came 30minutes after me but was able to proceed immediately. I wonder how they do the queuing. When I asked what's taking too long, the person on the reception blatantly said that it is only number 21 (I'm number 24). My expectation was for them to explain at least the cause of the delay and that they are doing their best to serve the patients. Even a small apology for the delay would have been suffice.

Kung maisipan nyo punta dito,wag nyo na ituloy masisira lang buhay nyo,lalo na sa pedia, ok lang kung hindi on time dumating dr,acceptable if 30mins late kaso ung pinag antay ka from 10am to 12nn??tas andun na kami 9am pala g,tas wala din nag assist or nag iinform if me darating pa bang dr.worse worse worse..
tas malupit pa kung kelan umalis na kami after 2hrs,me mag text sakin na calling patient name(name ng baby ko) na until 2pm lang dr.d na kami bumalik,dahil umok na pakiramdam ng baby ko..kaya kau, think 1000x, wala silang empathy sa patient..kami mukhang 6hrs kami pag aantayin if ever nag decide kami hindi umuwi 😡😡😡😡😡. kung pede lang negative star,irarate ko dito.

We just literally got there, and they did not even cater to us due to their silly excuses! They even told us that there was no doctor available to check on us, even though we literally heard them talking on the phone! The people there forgot to practice the code of ethics. LACK OF EMPATHY.

Grabe dumating ako ng 0745H, April 20,2024, and my number was #22. Its 0830H na but #8 pa lang ang pina-process!? I think kailangan nila ng additional man power sa reception nila o kailangan nila ayusin ang sistema nila. Kawawa naman kaming may karamdaman na pinaghihintay ng matagal. Parang public hospital ang sistema.

2nd time going here as usual ang tagal pero okay lang kasi wala naman akong ibang gagawin. Both ENT and OB docs are nice and professional, pero as usual itong cashier at receptionist nila akala mo ang taas ng position mas rude pa sa mga doctor, takte nakakasira ng araw, buong araw na ko andito papakitaan niyo pa ko ng basurang ugali niyo lalo na tong cashier na to!

Worst ancillary clinic I’ve been to. They should inform the patients prior to payment that The release of the laboratory results will take 3-4days. And since we already proceeded with the procedure we left our email addresses so they can send it to us. But again no email was sent, so we tried all their contact numbers and all we’re getting our drop calls. The customer service sucks too. So we have to go back all the way even if we live so far away. The inconvience and stresses it caused us. My partner was not able to use the labs and just have to redo it again on another institution.
