One of the best receptionist at this surgery, her name is Claire. She's very supportive and co-operative, she should be recognised for providing great help as well as being friendly. Thank you to her for her kind service and always being professional.

I brought my elderly mum into the surgery today to see the nurse and Dr Ramasamy agreed to see her afterwards, even though her GP appointment was much later that day. They decided to do her bloods and she was then seen afterwards by the phlebotomist. They really looked after my mum and were all very caring and considerate. Claire on Reception was also very helpful. I am very impressed and appreciative of their time and consideration! A well deserved review!!

Absolute joke!! I am surprised they havnt closed down yet. 40mins to answer caller number 1, over a week and a half for and still no appointment. I have to ring up myself to find out updates when i am told someone will contact me. No other surgery have problems like this one does.

the most disgusting clinic, a woman without a leg with diabetes, cannot get her pills for diabetes, the first appointment is in three weeks, the doctor does not answer calls, she cannot live without these medications, no one at the reception can help with a single question

Iam very happy with the surgery. I have been a patient with them for more than 12 years and I always found them very helpful and understanding. I always felt reassured after seeing my doctors or the nurses or the HCAs. If I was unable to book an appointment on the phone, there was e-consult or most recently Patchs where I could put down my issue, and I used to get a call from the surgery the same day offering me an appointment. It is saddening to read the bad reviews on my doctors surgery, when they are actually trying to do their best. Help them to help you! Townfield, you are doing a great job! Keep it up!
