Exceptionaly rude member of staff so I politely asked her name which she thought was some kind of joke saying her name was Tish. I think I understand why all the other places in the airport are Exceptionaly busy and the Camden food Co was almost empty. I recommend you look elsewhere for a cup of tea when at leeds bradford 1 star would be too good but I can't post a review without it

The staff here are really fabulous. Smiley and friendly and went over and above to help me (I have an injury but it wasn't very visible but they could see I was struggling). Really great coffee too

Very odd there are no saucers. I mention it so the management can consider buying some as apparently lots of people mention it

Food good, consistently happy and welcoming staff, only let down was the seating and decor. It felt like I’d walked back in time and into the classroom set of Grange Hill.

The staff are not great here, they don’t pay attention to what has been picked up, they burnt my pastry so had to get another, the bacon looked completely anaemic and the coffee is pretty dire. Keep walking round the corner to Starbucks

Never buy from this place the staff (woman with brown hair) is disrespectful and rude. Tried to take a seat because there was no seating in the airport, when she came over and threw the chair away, shouted in my face in front of the full public. Wouldn’t recommend, scam you for money and have poor customer service.

Overly packed airport due to flight delays from, not many spare seats in the whole airport and still there is a need to not move the chairs from the tables. Crazy that they prefer you sit on the floor rather than use an empty chair.

I’m sure the response will be the usual copy-pasted platitudes stating ‘not our usual standards, we will try harder’.
