Please be very careful with this establishment; I have been a loyal client for over three years. The lady on the phone is nice, and the guys working there are nice as well. However, be very careful when it comes to the sales guy, Hy.
On my last tank exchange, they gave me a broken tank (please see picture). As soon as I discovered the big leak, I called the front desk to see if I could have it replaced. She told me I have to bring it back, pay for it, and they would investigate if it was my fault or theirs, and at the end, they would let me know.
For me, just the fact that I have to take time out of my very busy schedule to bring it back is a big deal, then on top of that, pay for it? I kindly asked the lady if I could speak to the person in charge to see if we could handle this differently because I was 120% sure I didn’t damage the tank.
That's when she transferred me to “the sales rep” Hy, who wasted no time to start antagonizing me. He is one of the most arrogant people I've ever spoken to. He said, "I've been doing this for 40 years; people lie all the time. I would not be surprised if you dropped it and broke it, then blame it on us." When I asked how would you guys inspect the tank and make the conclusion? his response was, “hahaha you are a funny guy.”
When I said I don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay for something I didn’t do before you guys make your conclusion, his response was, “listen, life is not perfect, okay? You have to learn to deal with things like this.”
When I asked if he treats all his clients like this, he just laughed at me one more time, tried to teach me a life lesson again, used profanity, and told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like it. Then he hung up on me.
I want to clarify that at no point in this conversation did I yell, use foul language, or escalate the situation.
In the end, I brought the tank back. I refused to leave or pay for it until someone inspected it. They discovered it was their fault, gave me another tank with no extra charge, and no apology was given by “Mr. Salesman” for accusing me of being a liar.

This business has the worst sales, customer service I have ever experienced. I inquired a couple times over the phone about a DI water filtration system for my mobile detailing company, they told me twice they will call me back with more information and they never did. Then I drove to their offices to ask directly and they were extremely rude and told me that they don’t offer sales service in person and that I needed to submit an inquire on their website. I tried them again via phone and their old salesman said he was driving and he will get back to me, surprise he never did. I have since submitted the request 3 more times with no answer. At this point I no longer want to do any business with them and I will encourage any person to steer away from even considering them.
