Don’t miss the opportunity to explore Deerpark Forest access from lakeshore in Virginia town or the rugby club to experience the best the forest has to offer meander through over bridges,hidden fairy doors,old boathouses and even an ice house
The walks themselves are great,except for the fact, there's little or no maintenance done on the park.
The signage is absolutely rubbish.
There's three walks that are different milage and levels of stress.
However,you would want to bring a loaf of bread with you and leave a bread crumb trail to find your way out.
Great walks if you've loads of time and the weather is good.
Also,not any seats to rest if your an older person.
Apart from that,very natural place.
The Bailieborough castle park walk is far superior
