Small mall, with Jaya Grocer as anchor tenant. Well-connected and there is Double Tree Hotel. Dome, Paul and a few more decent cafes are there.
..it's used to be yow chuan plaza before they rebuild a new buildin' and.change the name to intermark and house for JP Morgan & BNP Paribas and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank...before that it used to have a bowlin' alley and club called renaissance...man!...that was early 90's....
Great location, good parking, convenient shops, Secret Recipe, Dome, Family Mart, Jaya Grocer, Guardian, McDonald's and many more.
Not over crowded.

Pretty decent mall, to me. There’s a Starbucks, Dome, Sport Direct, Paul. Then Watson. Also the japanese bookstore, Tsutaya Book Store, etc. Not so busy, I would prefer to come here rather than Pavi KL / KLCC.
