I rented an apartment in Block J. The pictures were completely different from the reality, and there is no reception, which forced us to wait for one of them for a long time. There is no organization, and there is no air conditioning. It is really bad. I think I was fooled by the pictures ,,

This mall force to use cashless parking and then they charge additional when used touch n go card!
does that suppose a net parking rate like Mid Valley or The Gardens??? especially if you want encourage people to use cashless parking.

Writing this to bring to attention the parking layout of the mall. The LADIES parking is basically surrounded by motorcycle parking. What is the point of even having a LADIES parking….?? The walls are light grey coloured blending with the floor making sharp turning points so dangerous as drivers can’t even gauge the distance to the wall unless their lights are on. Weirdest layout smh

A moderate but beautiful mall located in the heart of Cheras with varieties of shops, cinema and connected to MRT Taman Mutiara Station through a pedestrian link bridge. It's easy to walk around every floor to explore the shops.

Conveniently linked to taman mutiara, has so much potential but remains unfulfilled.There's village grocer, some decent shops, and acceptable food choices, but biggest beef is totally not family and child friendly. ALL of the baby rooms except for 1 at ground floor (beside maxis) , have been closed since the pandemic(2020!!) until now. The sole baby room is also not well maintained. This is despite trying to attract more young families with the addition of cocomelon playground at the other end of ground floor . Need to buck up with toilet cleanliness and services, soap is forever not available and some toilets smell.

Quite outdated. Went on Saturday and still feel it’s a quiet shopping mall despite situated next to Taman Mutiara MRT station. Shops sell low quality items. Food selection is poor. Will not go again.

Ample parking basement and upper floors. Many shops to choose to shop, eat and hang about. Remember where you park your car as there are many exit from car park to the mall especially at the basement
