Guy with a tattoo on his arm is extremely rude and impolite (May 26 at 4:30). I think his name was Celeste.
It was crowded and we couldn’t hear anything , yet he spoke in a soft voice and exhibited his impatience by repeatedly hitting a pen/stick on the counter progressively more loudly. Afterwards, he hurriedly scooped the icecream (barely gave us any). And when I asked for another spoon because I was sharing with someone, he glanced at us and completely ignored. His attitude throughout the whole experience was so rude and disrespectful, as if he doesn’t want us to be here. I saw an another review about this man and it is disappointing how people are unable to enjoy your icecream because of his poor costumer service.

Great, dense gelato. The flavors are very good and the portion sizes are large. Definitely can’t go wrong with Grom.

Fine Gelateria nearby the piazza. I’d say pistachio and chocolate combo seems to be very nice!

Love the lemon sorbet - the perfect balance of sweetness, sourness and refreshment! My friends also tried pistachio and it was rich in flavour and perfect texture! The cone was a bit too hard to chew tho, but overall a great recommendation!
