Lovely personnel and delicious food with abundant portions. Like a tavern, but fancy French style.
Sent us away, because there is a reservation. The restaurant was literally empty, we joined at 19.00 when it opened. Bad bad experience
Tasty food. Don’t recommend the cordon bleu Comte. Ask about the size of the dishes when having dinner (too big in my opinion). Good for lunch
The experience in this restaurant was really bad. First we ask for cokes and they bring us a different drink omitting to tell us they HAVE NOT cokes...Second we ask for a burger and they bring us one FULL of smelly cheese and our daughter can't eat it. Third they bring us a Caesar Salad that can be all BUT NOT a Caeser Salad... The worst thing: they have a all-you-can-eat formula of tarte flambe for 2 person, BUT the dishes must be served only in sequence, and from a dish to another pass about 1/2 half hour, so to eat only 3 tarte flambe we has to stay there for 1h and half and we gave up for the 4th...and finally as the icing on the cake, after pay 65 €, I asked for a 5 cent candy for my daughter and they refused "because she already takes one.." Incredible.. the worst experience in Alsace stay away from this bad place...
Really disappointed. It was advised to me by the nearby hotel, i wanted to have the bottomless Flammenkuchen and ... They refused because i was eating alone, despite nothing in their menu stating it should be for 2 persons or more. I also asked for a Cola Zero and they had nothing without sugar, so i asked for water and instead of bringing tap water as ot is the custom in France they charged me for a bottled water (local at least). Flammenkuchen was tasteless, even the goat cheese on it was tasteless so rather get one in a supermarket ... I left before even risking for a second one or a dessert so i cannot review those...
