I just checked in for few hours in Floor 10 and need to reat before perform my umrah and suddenly maintanance came and ask to come inside my room to check the AC compressor for another room in floor 11. It is really annoying , i mean how can u choose my room as an access to check the AC for another customer and disturb me.
If its only the access to fix AC outside so do not use this room to book. Just preserve it as an access for maintananace.
Its really bad experience for more than 10 years of my trip experience to disturb me in my room while im paying it for resting … not acceptable

Best hotel with reasonable price. The staff are well mannered. Neat and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The only problem is water flow was very weak to take a shower properly. We were on the 13th floor.

We had a very good experience with Emaar Hotels group.very friendly & dedicated staff with good hospitality manners.Especially the restaurant team headed by M.Ali,who personally come and ask everyone about the service and experience. Weldone to a dedicated team. Thanks again.

The location is about 1 km from haram, u can buy ur needs easily around the hotel. I booked for double bed but they gave us triple bed so the room is bigger than i thought. The fridge is working, the aircon is perfect, the shower room is too little space, but the bathroom is good with hairdryer.

He humiliated and discriminated us.
One day I requested to take my cake to the room, she gave us the box.
In the next day, i requested the same, the supervisor gave a gesture "yes". But when we brought the cake, he took the cake and said i didnt allow to bring it to my room
1. If you dont understand about the request please ask your customer to repeat it instead of your thought
2. I bear witnessed they gave the boxes to the other customer before us (first the arab girl and second 3 african women)
This kind of service is not good at all.

Very pathetic hotel and lack basic necessities. We had to ask for drinking water as there was none in the room. I called reception a few times and no one picked. TV was not working, Room was a bit smelly, For all little things, we had to get down to reception from 11th floor as no one was answering the phone. Their service was really like a cheap motel where no one is bothered. Overall very pathetic and gruesome experience. Only good thing is its like 15 min walk from haram. But I will never recommend it.
