Lewisham Delivery Office

It is becoming a monthly ritual to complain about the service of this place. If my packages have not been delivered to the correct door, it's failing to ring the doorbell when people are in or just recently placing my package on the front door behind our small food bin in plain sight, and thus my package got STOLEN.

I did not ask for you to put it outside, nor did I receive any tracking email telling me a package was on the way so I could choose options if no one was in. It is just beyond ridiculous. This has been the 5th incident of this so far and I've had enough and will now install a ring doorbell to catch these idiots in action.

I've had zero issues with Amazon delivering my packages so I don't understand what is so difficult for Royal mail. Then again, I'm certain this particular delivery office exclusively hires people that cannot read, lazy, useless and incapable of any form of common sense. I pray for the day Amazon takes over this sorry excuse for a courier.

A package has been stated as being delivered on 9/4/24. But has gone astray it was NOT delivered. Please look into this. Tracking number0210-13F9-05AC-E3B1

I have pretty good service until I get a package. I work so often miss delivery and the post man has atrocious handwriting. I can't read the redelivery code and always have to go in person to find out whats up with my mail. ask your people to write legibly. It should be a requirement.

Truly dire service!. Parcelforce put a note through your door saying they try again the next day, of course with no timeslot specified even in the broadest terms There is no option to specify a more convenient day or that you will collect. Then the sorting office is only open for 2 hours of per day! I would always avoid using Royal Mail for any delivery if I had the option. This is an antediluvian service compared to the convenience of Amazon and others.

Why would you tell me my parceli is ready to collect at 1:30pm via email, only for me to check your opening hours to find you are closed??? So it's not ready then is it??? I paid £7 for one day delivery, I ordered this 4 days ago.

The most Royal mail is becoming the most lying public Service, apparently I am never available to collect my parcels, but today as really irritated me, I actually worked from home, just so that I could collect all 4 parcels. Checking on my parcel till it was couple stops. Only for me to go back on tracking for them to put person unavailable! Im actually passed annoyed. Royal mail use to a service you could rely on. Now they are just like any other delivery service, full of CRAP.
