Had a wonderful experience at this outlet. I usually shop in Toronto and found the selection here better. The shopping lady was very helpful to me and my husband. We purchased two suits from her and will visit again when we are in town.

Customer service was good but I went when it wasn't busy.

Got a 40% discount and their prices were already cheaper than their website. They also have a bigger collection than other boss stores.

Terrible employees!! The boys working there have zero customer service. Owner of this store should hire some good workers. The store have good collections though

Had a wonderful experience at the Hugo Boss store today. I was in the market for a new Suit and I felt very welcomed, received all the help I could ask for and even more. Great Service from the Salesman and great environment!

I visited this store during Black Friday and I have to say with all the customers in the store the staff were able to help me purchase a suit for my wedding. Thank you to the sales associate and the manager allowing me to keep the suit in store until I could pick it up.

The staff working at this location are terrible. Whoever is doing the hiring here needs better judgement. There is a total lack of customer service, every time I have been here. Very contradictory to the Hugo Boss brand.

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at the Hugo Boss store in Kanata. When I went to use the discounts that were promised to me, I had to jump through so many hoops just to get them. It was incredibly frustrating, and it made me feel like the store didn't really care about my business. On top of that, the manager was incredibly rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them by even being in the store. It's unacceptable for any customer to be treated that way, especially by a manager. I hope that the store takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that future customers don't have to go through the same negative experience that I did
