This spot is famous due to social media. You can dine in there. But limited seats on the inside. But you can have it outside depending on the weather.

Drinks are good. I tried matcha. Ideal with the hot weather. Cake is not good for me, but there was no much things to buy at that time.

May have some little insects outside. But the perfect view can get from the outside.

My favorite coffee shop in Pattaya, came here for the view and I’m impressed , ordered caffe latte or something, taste too bitter for me a non coffee drinker, the cake taste good tho.

Beautiful views perfect especially during breakfast when the weather is cooler. Great Smoothies and Frappuccinos, friendly and helpful staff. Seats are comfortable for relaxing, enjoying your food or drink overlooking the Pattaya ocean.

Perfect place for morning coffee and breakfast. Offers amazing city view, open gym and Pattaya City sign at the same place. Loved the cute decor and seating area. Highly recommend when in Pattaya. Can couple it with a morning walk / hike to this place.

You can enjoy the stunning view of Bali Hai pier . Good location for taking Photos . Food is just average.

Lovely place located at the top of the hill. The view is refreshing since it's overlooking. Just a stone's throw away from the Pattaya signage. It's a small cafe with inside and outside seats. They serve the usual frappe and smoothies as well as caffeinated drinks. You could also order some sliced cakes and pastries. They open around, 10:30AM. One good thing here is that you can sit back, relax, and admire the overlooking view while sipping your drinks and chatting with friends. The time we're here, there's not a lot of people so we enjoyed the peace and quietness of the area (Pattaya, if you know, has a loooot of tourists hence the 'noise' and this is located at the heart of Pattaya). Beside the cafe, there is also a small area for those who'd like to use exercising equipments. So, if you'd like to hike up a bit to warm-up then have your exercise at this area, City Coffee is just waiting for you to drop by and have a sip of either a warm drink or a refreshing cool drink after your days work-out 😊
