Receptionsts are laughably rude. They make booking a gp appointment out to be a horse race with their “first come first” policy. I guess Debbie’s little cold is more important than me being in so much testicle pain from an inflammation that I could scream.. you could literally drop dead in front of them they’d not care and tell you to call tomorrow at 8am just to be told that they don’t have any pre bookable appointment. This practice is a literal joke and should be closed down.

Absolutely disgusting attitude.
Hate disabled and that's on enquiring to join - I use taxis everywhere as I have no mobility most days. Haven't been shopping in 4 yrs and thought I could try and combine a future. It's reality when you end up disabled and have a disabled child .
But not we were told it would be easier to get taxis to nearer places who in the past have abused me and my son, some even fir me giving birth to my son, which is a reason I amooking for a new drs.
But been told I have to use nearer and also end up been abused by taxi driver's for a short journey...
But then I guess the gov and NHS wants disabled and those who have mobility dead fir not working,
So me and son will never see any drs again, already been told by my last go that carers don't get medical help and shouldn't be in nhs
Seems it's true just missing the gas chamber

First problem - the faff to get an appointment (which is bad across the board these days anyway), secondly - when I called today to get an update on some bloods I had a couple of weeks ago. I was told by the receptionist (who was lovely so no issue with her) that the doctors are working through the results list of people and she would add me to that list now. Why wasn’t I already on this list? I didn’t have this issue with my previous blood appts/results so I’m not sure what’s changed in a matter or weeks/months but it seemed a bit odd that I had to be added to a results list when surely I should have been on this list already? Had I not have called, would I have just never heard anything further regarding the investigations I’ve been having over the past 6 months or so? Third and final problem is that now the reception staff are allowed to ask patients more personal information, the reception area needs more privacy. I don’t like having a room full of people in such close proximity sat waiting and listening, or a line of people just a few steps away from me whilst I need to describe very private matters/symptoms. You cannot help but overhear such conversations and it’s just not right and not very bloody confidential!
Generally speaking, I’m not at the doctors very often and when I have been, typically, I’m seen at the time of my appointment and if it’s passed my appointment time it’s not by much. The receptionists have always been friendly and the doctors/nurses have been nice too (except for 1 young girl years ago who was very dismissive but I couldn’t tell you her name). The lady that did my blood work recently was lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, just that she was young, had dark hair and dark skin. She was very professional and didn’t get frustrated/stroppy or rush given the fact she probably ran late during my appointment as I’m one of those annoying people that’s hard to get blood from!

After a problem trying to get through on the phone, I saw the lovely Chloe (I think) this afternoon, she really helped me out with a difficult stressful situation. Was very helpful, knowledgeable. Nice to see new faces, a breath of fresh air.

Possibly the worst doctors in the UK. Was offered in appointment in FIVE weeks time? Yes you read that five weeks!! When you do get an appointment you’re in with the doctor for two minutes before they start rushing you out the door. Luckily moved out of the area so will be moving doctors however this place needs to be shut down asap

Been putting off my concern for my health declining for so long because I couldn’t get an appointment and then when they started to get drastically worse l literally had to beg for an appointment and told them I was getting worse for them to actually do anything. They only gave me a telephone appointment for 11am. I got a call at 9:30am and was rang by the most rudest, disgusting lady who put so much pressure on me to tell her what my problem was as quickly as possible. Her manner really triggered my anxiety and when I asked for a moment to breath she told me she doesn’t have time for that. So I told her all the symptoms I was having; loosing a stone in less than 10 days, extreme muscle cramping, a consistent cough for nearly 2 months, urinating problems, breathlessness, trouble sleeping. I could go on. All this have been going ignored for so long because the GP doesn’t listen or you can’t get an appointment. She then reprimanded me for talking to her about more than one problem? but I was just listing my symptoms; Of course it’s going to be more than one “problem”… they are symptoms? The practise is no help what so ever and should be shut down and staffing completely replaced. Everyone from the GPs to receptionists are rude, don’t care and make trying to look after your health as hard as possible. The nurses there are very kind however.

After numerous appointments being cancelled on the day after waiting weeks sometimes months I was finally rushed into hospital away from my young children and kept there until the New Year. The reception staff are lazy, arrogant and chavvy offering zero client care or empathy. I decided that the centre is not only a hinderance on my own wellbeing but should actually be closed down. They are certainly responsible for many many illnesses becoming worse for people and maybe even deaths.
I decided to pay privately for my treatment and is all I need to stop the constant pain and suffering was a referral (one sentence on a Bupa form and a signature) from my doctor. I was told by the chavvy crooks on reception that it was £35 to get the referral which I thought was ludicrous but due to the pain made no issue of it. I pulled out my card and was told that due to it being private work despite it being my own GP just confirming my history that I had to pay the £35 in cash. The explanation given was that the doctors do not declare the income through the surgery. Basically it sounded like some back street alley practice offering dodgy surgery with a blunt and rusty blade.
I was told that once I pay the cash I would have to wait in pain for 4-6 weeks until my two minute form reached the top of a queue. There were no appointments available for help in controlling the pain whilst I wait for the referral form to be signed and was advised to call at 8 am for an emergency appointment but they didn’t disclose you simply cannot get through. After waiting from 14 in the queue from 8.01am once I got to number 1 I was informed “sorry you call cannot be taken” this happened for 3 consecutive days. When I went in to complain I was treated like vermin and when I finally got agitated whilst filming the whole incident and I swore at the receptionists for both her disgusting attitude and constant lies,I received notification I was now removed from all surgeries for 12 months.
This place needs closing down and investigating and the owners maybe even staff and doctors put in prison.
I have contacted the press and the NHS and will be passing on details of not only mine but other peoples treatment also.
Do not register here they will not be around long enough to see you and the staff on the reception will soon have to fund their chavvy lives via a Jobseeker’s Allowance.
