The rating clearly shows what this surgery is like, if I could give less then 1 star, I would. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. NHS needs to investigate this gp practice and make them improve their service. My appointment was at 12:15pm and they made us wait till 2pm. The staff is extremely rude when talking to the patients.

Absolutely atrocities surgery should be shut down I'm a type 1 diabetic and these clown's try playing god with my life you have idiot receptionist who have not got a clue shouldn't even be allowed in the job and the doctors should also be ashamed of themselves the way they treat the public guaranteed they don't treat family members like they do the doctors I am now going to report this surgery because they are diabolical
