Terrible service. Have recieved fake messages saying attempted delivery for the last 10 days but no sign of my parcel. Customer service non-existent. At this point i think my parcel will never arrive
The same reason as others have mentioned above. We were expecting a delivery from Xpressbees via Samsung around 4 days ago. They have a website which is literally of no use. There is no contact no for any centre. Their automated IVR service is of no use, because they are lying about deliveries all the time. They are sending sms saying FAILED TO DELIVER AS CUSTOMER NOT REACHABLE when they have not even tried calling us once. No miss call nothing. And there is absolutely no other way to contact them. Very pathetic service. I hope one of you'll read this review and have the decency to give a proper contact no where I can TALK to someone. Even if it is the Panjim branch contact no. ANYTHING.
They don't have a functional customer care numbers. They website tracking doesn't show any tracking details. Parcel has been delayed by over 4 days. Still no news.
Horrible service. They tells lies that product will be picked up and providing fake number. It seems they provide died people's contact number that's why nobody pick up the call . They does false commitment that any how your parcel will be picked up today but later on no reply from customer care and no pick up service . All cheaters are in this company . Should take any legal action against this company. This company should be shut down . All shameless employees in this company .
Not Even one star tehu deserve.. u will never get your parcel.. they just watsapp you about delivery and they don't deliver anythg... nor their contact works
Becoming worst day by day!!! very false commitment, never deliver orders on time. This time executive was HEMANT , said will deliver soon, when called again he’s not having order only. Such pathetic service by this people, very unprofessional!!!!
Very falsely commitment by the company, not at all providing any service, simply lieng that they try to attempt the delivery which they didn't, even there is no customer care service.
